Paid search engine inclusion is basically a thing of the past. In the early days the search engines were so desperate to make some money they offered a service where by you could pay say $50 and get your site into the search results virtually within a couple of days.

I don't think Google every offered this service and it has pretty much been killed off by the boom of PPC
